Visitation Ministry
Purpose/Mission: This is a ministry of evangelization.
Activities: Teams of Welcome Ministers meet, greet, and welcome visitors who attend each Mass. This initial contact is followed by sending the visitor a greeting card, and, if possible, forming friendships with those in need of prayer, support, or a church home.
Volunteer Opportunities: Welcome Minister, administrative help
Time: During and after Masses, about once a month.
Avg Time Committment: 1-2 hours per month
Membership open to: All parishioners
Training/Orientation: Yes
Dues/Fees: No
Special Events: Appreciation Ceremony, Christmas or Summer Party, Spiritual Formation Retreat, Luncheon with Pastor
