Purpose/Mission: The Girl Scouts program is a learning experience for girls and adults. It is an informal educational program designed to help girls develop an appreciation of the fundamental principles of the Girl Scout movement through a wide range of activities developed around the interest and needs of girls.
Activities: Weekly meetings, arts & crafts, music, drama, discussion groups.
Volunteer Opportunities: Girl Scout, Adult Leader, Activity Leader, Speakers, Special Skills
Time: Wednesdays, 6:00-7:30PM
Avg. Time Commitment: 2 hrs/week
Membership open to: Girl Scouts welcome all female youth from age 5-18. All
parishioners and community members are welcome as adult leaders.
Training/Orientation: Yes
Dues/Fees: Scouts pay a $7.00 registration fee and $2.50 weekly dues.
Special Events: Monthly Outings, Thanksgiving Baskets, Meals-on-Wheels, Hygiene
Care Packages for Homeless.
