Purpose/Mission: Guided by the principles of the Boy Scouts of America, we strive to develop the spiritual, physical, and mental character of young boys and men so that they will grow to be respectful and responsible men of integrity.
Activities: Camping, hiking, swimming, cooking, fishing, nature study, community service.
Volunteer Opportunities: Boy Scout, Adult Leader
Time: Saturdays, Cub Scouts 3-5PM, Boy Scouts, 4-8PM
Avg. Time Commitment: 2-4 hrs/ week
Membership open to: Cub Scouts, ages 5-11; Boy Scouts, ages 12-18; adult leaders, open to all parishioners age 19 and over.
Training/Orientation: yes, for Adult Leaders
Dues/Fees: $20.00 per child per year (includes registration, subscription to Boy's Life, and liability coverage for group outings)
Special Events: Camp-o-ree, Thanksgiving
Parade, Exposition at Ravens Stadium, Overnight Camping, Travel (NY, Alabama,
Georgia)
